VIDEO: It’s Official! KathNiel To Star In Pangako Sa’Yo

Daniel Padilla and Kathryn Bernardo, the reigning Teen King and Queen, will portray the roles first brought to life by Kristine Hermosa and Jericho Rosales as Yna and Angelo in ABS-CBN's modern retelling of "Pangako Sa 'Yo."

The teaser was first seen last Tuesday night during the trade event “Kapamilya Thank You”, showing Kathryn and Daniel run across a field, a scene from the original series which Kristine and Jericho did.

The original "Pangako Sa 'Yo" first aired in 2001 and is focused on lovers Yna and Angelo, who are tormented over the fact that they might be half-siblings. But as the secrets of the were revealed, the two were relieved that they have no blood relation

It is an undeniable fact that the top-rating teleserye was also popular because of the rivalry of business magnate Amor Powers portrayed by Eula Valdez and hacienda matriarch Claudia Buenavista portrayed byJean Garcia.

But this time, Amor will came to life through the portrayal of Jodi Sta. Maria, Yna's mother seeking revenge on the Buenavistas; while Claudia will be portrayed by Angelica Panganiban, the ambitious wife of Amor's past love, Eduardo.

The director of of "Pangako Sa 'Yo" in 2015 will be Rory Quintos again and the producer will be Star Creatives, the team behind "Princess and I," "Got to Believe," "The Legal Wife" and the ongoing "Forevemore."

It was unquestionable for sure that the series was the most successful Philippine TV series to air internationally as the original has been aired in over 20 foreign countries since 2002.

The wife of Freddie Aguilar, Jovie Albao celebrated her 18th birthday on Sunday, November 30, 2014 at the singer's music bar, Ka Freddie's, in Quezon City.

The singer and the 16-years old Jovie back then were the target of criticisms by the public as they first admitted that they were a couple and later on wed in Islamic rites last November 2013 at Maguindanao.
And now that she turned 18, Jovie has become open on of her relationship with Ka Freddie who is 43 years older than her.
The video below shows the two dancing then later on take the stage as Jovie emotionally thanked her parents because they were also became the target of criticisms on her relationship with the music legend.

When asked on what was her wish on her birthday, she said: "Sana matupad ko lahat ng pangarap ko, matulungan ko ang pamilya ko, lahat ng ambisyon ko sa buhay, makuha ko nang walang tinatapakan na ibang tao. At maging mapayapa ang pamumuhay namin araw-araw, gabayan kami ng Panginoon, ‘yun lang."
