Suspected drunk man arrested by the police officers but denied the accusation of having sex with a dog.
According to Salvador Sapanta-The Owner of the Dog
“Nang inilawan, pinagpatuloy pa rin nito ang ginagawa .[When a light was flashed at him, the man still continued to do what he was doing,]” Zapanta said.Zapanta also said that he will not file charges and he would just waste time and money if the case reaches the court.
The neighborhood of the suspect report that the wife of the suspect split on her husband that morning after heared this embarrassing case of her husband.
