Lou Sabrina S. Ongkiko is a pinay public school teacher motivated a lot of students and her co-teachers. She finished her Masteral degree in Education at The University of Melbourne as an Australian Development Scholar and Australian Leadership Awardee. She took a postgraduate diploma in education at the National Institute of Education in Singapore. Sabrina took and graduated as a BS Biology inf the Ateneo de Manila University.
Sabrina Ongkiko decided to teach in public school. Her family, friends, closed friends, school mates asked her, why did she choose teaching in public school, her skills can earn more money in teaching in private schools than teaching in public. She answered them that her heart is for public school. A lot of student need her to become a successful person someday.
Being teacher is not easy. Imagine you have to be a mother and father of your 50 or sometime its more than a hundred student with random attitude, random problem, random beliefs in life. A teacher is a hero. Every successful doctor, lawyer, engineer, etcetera came from a guide given by a teacher guide that and that's why they're now successful in life. Without teachers we can't learn, we can't be what we want to be someday.
We heard a lot of allegations from some teachers in public schools. Like selling ice candy, tocino and many more just to earn extra incomes but some people only saw that it was unnecessary which we questioned ourselves, did we ever saw what these kind teachers did good to us? Unfortunately we know all the answer. See? Did you say your appreciation to these kinds of teachers why you're on that good status in life? Who is that one person we should thank then? Even if you're worth it to be successful, because you performed well , you study well, you did your best, we can't achieve that without our teachers guide.
