Calamba, Laguna- Another trending video on Facebook, a traffic enforcer was caught on cam taking a bribe from a van driver.

At first, it can be seen that the traffic enforcer was writing down the driver's plate number, as the two (traffic enforcer and van driver) were conversing. After the traffic enforcer wrote a few things, it can be seen that he was looking around, checking for people that might be suspicious. Seeing that it was secure, the traffic enforcer then said something to the driver and opened his pocket wide enough for the driver to put in the money.
