All of we are dreaming for a long-life batteries specialy for our gadgets and  for  electric car also.
Chen Xiaodong The Scientists of Nanyang Technology University (NTU) in Singapore have developed ultra-fast charging batteries that can be charged up to 70-80 per cent in only two minutes.
It takes about an hour to fully charge a cell phone, and the battery lasts about two to three years over 500 charge cycles, This new design could reduce charge time to only a few minutes and the battery is last for 10,000 charge cycles over a 20 years lifespans.

NTU Assoc Prof Chen Xiaodong with research fekkiw Tang Yuxin and PhD Student Deng Jiyang.
Nanyang Technology University (NTU) in Singapore is a research-intensive university in Singapore
with a cosmopolitan and vibrant campus life. This one is the largest public universities in Singapore.

"Electric cars will be able to increase their range dramatically, with just five to six minutes." Added Prof Chen Xiaodong
"Equally important, we can now drastically cut down the toxic waste generated by disposed batteries, since our batteries last ten times longer than the current generation of lithium-ion batteries."
NTU released the news said that The battery of an electric car can cost around $5000 USD, this new batteries can last over 20 years, more than 10 times  lifespans of existing lithium-ion batteries
