Viral Lost & Found in Amsterdam Airport Schipol introduces KLM's Lost & Found Team.
KLM recieves 40,000 messages and questions via social media every week, and many of them relate to missing items, KLM decided to create an action plan that dedicated Lost & Found Team.
When you see the reaction of the plane passengers, they was realy amaze what the dog did, speacially when he run to the owner of what thing he had found, and bringing it back.
Some of the staff said that they drops their stuff reglarly, to spoil the dog a bit and to train for muscle strenght, endurance, and of course socialization.
Imagine, every establishment will have this like mall, groceries, market, airport, etc.
